"I called at 2:14 in the morning. By 4:30, a team was already inside the unit. When I walked back in six days later, I genuinely could not tell anything had happened. That's the only thing I needed from them — and they delivered it without me having to explain why."
How fast can you actually arrive?
We maintain crews on 24-hour standby in every metro we serve. When you call, you reach a dispatcher — not a voicemail, not an answering service. A real person who has done this before and knows what the next six hours look like for you.
For most properties within our service area, we can have a crew on-site within two to four hours of your call. For properties that require immediate biohazard containment — active contamination risk, HVAC exposure, multi-unit buildings — we prioritize dispatch and arrive faster.
We do not schedule remediation like a plumber. If you need us at 3 a.m. on a Saturday, that is when we arrive. The rate does not change. The urgency does not require explanation.
"I didn't have to explain the situation twice. They already knew what I needed before I finished the sentence. The crew was there by 5 a.m. and the unit was cleared before my tenants in 3B even woke up."

We keep everything confidential. Your name, your property, your situation.
What happens to my belongings — or a family member's belongings?
Everything that can be safely cleaned and decontaminated, we clean. Everything that cannot — porous materials, textiles, soft furnishings with confirmed exposure — we document in detail before removal. You receive a written inventory. Nothing leaves the property without that record.
For family situations, we work at whatever pace the family needs. If there are items of personal significance — photographs, jewelry, documents — we flag them immediately and handle them separately. We have returned items that families thought were gone.
We do not make decisions about what to keep without your explicit direction. If you are not on-site, we wait. If you cannot be reached, we secure the property and hold until you are ready. This is your property. We are here to restore it, not to manage it.
"They found my mother's wedding ring in the bedroom. Wrapped it in a cloth, put it in a labeled envelope, and handed it to me at the door. I wasn't expecting that. I wasn't expecting any of this to go the way it did."
Will my insurance actually cover this, and what do you need from me?
Most standard homeowner policies and commercial property policies cover biohazard remediation under the same clause as water damage or fire cleanup. The coverage exists. The question is documentation — and that is exactly what we provide.
We generate a full scope-of-work report itemized by square footage, materials removed, decontamination method, and disposal chain of custody. This is the package your adjuster needs before they will release a claim. We have submitted it to every major carrier operating in the United States, and we know what each one requires.
You do not need to file before calling us. In many cases, we can begin work under a direct assignment agreement while the claim processes. Call us first. We will walk you through the steps in order.

"The adjuster had everything she needed within 48 hours of the crew finishing. The claim was approved in full. I've been a commercial property manager for nineteen years. This was the cleanest documentation package I've ever seen."
Who will know this happened, and how discreet are you?
Our vehicles are unmarked. Our crew arrives in plain uniforms with no company identification visible from the street. We do not discuss client situations with anyone outside the engagement — not neighbors, not building staff beyond your direct contact, not anyone who asks.
We do not maintain public case logs. We do not use before-and-after photography for marketing. Our documentation exists for your insurance file and your records only. When the job is done, the only evidence is the absence of evidence.
For multi-unit buildings, we coordinate entry and exit to minimize visibility. For residential situations, we can schedule arrival during hours when foot traffic is low. You tell us what you need. We build the schedule around it.
Who certifies your team, and what does that actually mean?
Every technician on a Restore crew holds current OSHA and IICRC certification before they enter a property. These aren't plaques on a wall — they're the difference between remediation that holds up under insurance audit and remediation that doesn't. We carry full liability coverage, and we've never had a claim denied on documentation grounds.
When an adjuster asks for proof of decontamination, we hand them a package. Chain of custody for every biohazardous material. Pre- and post-ATP testing results. Photographic documentation at every stage. The kind of paperwork that closes files.
